Yoga for Everyone

All levels and experiences are welcome. Please read the descriptions of each type of Yoga class below and decide which style is right for you. If you are unsure of what may be best for you or if you have any questions on the information given, you are encouraged to contact me, and I will be happy to help.


Yin Yoga is the best choice for de-stressing. Yin is easy on the body, and adaptable to all levels of Yogis. If you are recovering from an injury or illness, this style of Yoga can bring many benefits to you.

Power Hatha

Power Yoga is greatly beneficial to anyone wishing to increase their strength and flexibility.


Hatha  is a happy balance between restorative and power yoga. Hatha will move you through a flow of poses including a lengthy warm up and cool down.

Please note that the types of classes suggested above are only suggestions. Each person is different and therefore has different needs and desires during their practice. Please let me know if you have a different idea in mind for yourself, and I can create a different plan for you to help you achieve your goals. 

I will also teach any length of class up to 90 minutes. Please keep in mind that the cost of the class is the same regardless of how long you choose to practice with me.
